Come celebrate Valentine’s Day with Partner Yoga!  Yoga-for-Two lightens the mood, supports each person’s effort and enables deeper opening than is normally achieved alone.  What’s more, it’s just plain fun!

Come with a Friend (Mother-Daughters, Life Partners, Spouses, ...Friends!) or come alone and we’ll pair you with another like-minded attendee.  You’ll both enjoy yoga more with a little help from a friend!

Juliana Santos holds a master's degree in physical education.  She is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, certified Pilates instructor and a personal trainer, having completed her personal trainer course at NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).  She is also certified in restorative yoga, pre-natal yoga and yoga therapy.  She has been teaching in Westchester and NYC for the last 15 years.

Restorative Yoga Retreat

Take time away without leaving home. Join us for a mini-retreat of breathing, restorative yoga and meditation. Relax, calm and renew. Finish with a warm cup of herbal tea and easy conversation.

Let Your Yoga Dance®

Let Your Yoga Dance®  is an amazing Chakra Fusion! A joy-filled power dance combining yoga, breath, and dance with fabulous music that gets your toes tapping and your body moving. It is a funky, sacred, inspirational dance of the multi-dimensional self, bringing tons of fun and healing to body, mind, spirit. Let Your Yoga Dance®  is for every single body and wonderful for all ages.

No registration is required.  Drop-ins are welcome at any or all of the sessions.  A $10 donation is suggested.

Day Piercy fell in love with yoga dance when she first experienced this fun, joyful expression at a program offered by Let Your Yoga Dance® creator Megha Nancy Buttenheim. Get a jump start on Spring! Be daring, let loose and try something utterly new! This ancient art form celebrates women, tones the body and builds self-confidence.  Learn the basic movements along with combinations and dance technique.  No previous dance experience necessary. 

Wear comfortable clothing.  Your shirt should be form-fitting so that your movements are visible.  Bring a scarf or coin belt to wrap around your luscious hips and be ready to have a good time.

Come to a single class or enroll in all 4 classes and save!  No prior fitness level or experience is needed.  Every body is welcome!

Nagwa Sai'd has danced from the age of five years old.  Arriving back from living in Cairo, Egypt for the past year, she has studied with some of the finest dancers and choreographers throughout the United States.  Always striving for excellence, she displays a wealth of knowledge and a tremendous depth of love as the passion for this elegant art form runs deep within her.  Her goal as a teacher extends well beyond the boundaries of choreography as she is sincerely dedicated to helping each and every one of her students reach a high level of expertise in their dancing.
