The Winter class schedule is listed in the table below.  Students are welcome to drop in on a class anytimePlease bring your own mat.  Call ahead (914-584-1647) in case of any last-minute schedule changes.

Private Yoga Instruction

Private yoga instruction is the perfect solution to a variety of needs.  Perhaps you...

Private yoga sessions are led by an experienced, certified yoga instructor.  The fee is $90 for a 75-minute session for up to 3 people.  For larger groups, the fee will vary with group size.  Private yoga sessions may be offered on-site, at our studio or in your home.  Contact us to learn more.
